It is hereby certified that in conformity with the laws of the United States, Reuben A. Wentworth, who was a Private Co. E., 3rd Regiment, Maine Infantry, is entitled to a pension at the rate of Twenty-one dollars per month to commence February 4, 1915.
Given at the Department of the Interior, this thirteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and of the Independence of the United States of America, the one hundred and thirty-ninth.
